Experience change
We use this simulation to prepare the managers and leaders to pilot transformations.
– The use of an interactive simulation exposes participants to the different challenges of change management:
– How to structure the process?
– How to integrate the stakeholders?
– How to react to the unexpected?
– What role should management play?
