For an important International Oil & Gas Company, we are currently looking for a Sealine & Pipeline Engineer.

To be successful in this role, you need:

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in this position.
• 5 years of construction coordination and supervision experience in this position. 

Education:

Engineering/Technical degree Technical in structural, mechanical, naval engineering.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Follow-up activities for the T&I phase II. Review/check of engineering documents and monitoring of Contractor activities during execution phase related to the sealines installation, ensuring that activity meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability, and cost.

• Perform the review of the contractor detailed engineering.
• Do an on-call technical support to offshore (for sealines laying, post trenching, pre-commissioning activities);
• Cooperate to develop and to release company standards and best practices.
• Cooperate to develop to release and to apply the new technologies.
• To be active member of the community of practices in the Knowledge Management system.
• To guarantee technical support to development projects and business unit.
• To support in the Technical Interface Request, Technical Query, Deviation Request and Concession Request resolution.
• To provide specialist pipeline engineering input into the conceptual, front end and/or detailed engineering design of offshore and onshore field development projects.
• To ensure that contractor pipeline design and specifications meet project requirements and industry best practice.
• To prepare pipeline specifications, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures as well as implement and utilize a robust checking procedure to meet quality assurance requirements
