For one of our clients, we are looking for an Integration Manager who will be responsible of followings:
- Support the Construction and Technical department, in ensuring seamless integration and coordination among various construction activities on the site.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and exchange of information.
- Assist in developing and implementing integration plans to ensure the smooth flow of construction operations.
- Coordinate and track construction schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of project phases.
- Assist in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential conflicts or inconsistencies.
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on integration-related activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction progress and identify any integration issues or bottlenecks.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction conflicts or disputes by facilitating discussions and negotiations among stakeholders.
- Support the Construction and Technical department in implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Monitor and document construction changes, variations, and deviations from the original plan.
- Assist in coordinating the handover process between construction phases and ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with other departments or teams involved in the construction project to address cross-functional integration requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to technical and construction integration activities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to construction integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction project coordination or site management is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction processes, workflows, and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
