Worldwide Technical Services Ltd give opportunity for fresh graduates to acquire necessary industry experience, with range of on-the-job training in Oil & Gas Recruitment, Project Management and Operations. The Company acknowledges the fact that knowledge transfer is a key element of any local content effort.

Graduate from well-established Nigerian University in possession of relevant professional certification or diplomas alongside completions of a mandatory National Youth Service undergoes a screening exercise. Successful candidates from pre-approved set of interview questions as well as the identification of specific soft-skills are hired and deployed to various departments within the organisation.

This opportunity offers the Trainee’s to provide support for various departments they will be attached to and serve as an avenue for learning to help build their career paths thereby adding to the indigenous participation in the Nigerian Oil and gas industry.
