Job Title: HSE Supervisor

Reports to: OIM

Summary:

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for the overall health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance of a jack up drilling rig, this includes ensuring that all HSE procedures are followed by personnel and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct HSE inspections and audits.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.
• Implement corrective actions.
• Train personnel on HSE procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Maintain HSE records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working offshore on Jack up drilling rigs.
• Valid TBOSIET certificate.
• NEBOSH certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
