Job summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in the development of projects in Romania. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential project sites, coordinating the permitting process, and representing the company in dealing with governmental agencies, municipalities, landowners, and other stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of onshore wind projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to identify optimal locations for onshore wind and/or PV projects.
• Coordinate with a team of experienced experts and service providers for the development of projects.
• Manage the permitting process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in interactions with governmental agencies, municipalities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
• Work with tight schedules, demonstrating flexibility in overcoming project challenges.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the project team and across relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to the management on project progress and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project development or management of infrastructure projects, preferably in renewable energies, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to perform in a dynamic working environment.
• Assertive personality with the flexibility to adapt to challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate in a team and work independently.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and civil engineering software.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driver’s license.
