Senior Project Manager (Oil&Gas Projects)
 

About The Role

For an important international Oil&Gas company, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in Mexico. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
 

To be successful in this Role, you need:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, economics or management subject, preferred facilities engineering.
More than 15 years of relevant working experience including team coordination and project management.
7+ years practical Project Management experience in development projects in Oil&Gas Industry.
Understanding of main project management topics including budgeting and cost management, Scheduling, Risk Management, Resource Management, Scope Management and Stakeholder Management.
Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders, including ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements.
Adherence to company HSEQ requirements as well as company ethical guidelines and code of conduct.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
 
Applying project management measures including management of scope, schedule, costs, budget, stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, risk management, communication, documentation relevant for the project.
Project budgeting and cost control.
Formulate and follow up individual development plans.
Communication with stakeholders and relevant parties about the project.
Represent the company in technical meetings with joint venture partners and maintain good technical relationship with partners.
 

Mandatory skills:
 
Excellent English communication skills.
