Monthly Progress Report – Overseeing all Project Documentation relevant to Project Control, Engineering and site activities

Services

►   Ensuring compliance with safety responsible for deadlines and quality

►   Ensuring that the planned Project Assurance Plan will be implemented and support the Company ADM with regard to the following tools

– Minimum use of 36% VIP’s ,

– Risk Management Workshop (monthly update) – Implementation of a Risk Coordinator

– IPA Assessment after FEL 3

►   Preparing the project deliverables respectively coordinates the development process of the project deliverables in accordance with GASP

►   Deliver support to the ADM in order to realize a proper interface management

►   Develop and guide the EPCM/LSTK organization

►   Coordinate EPCM/LSTK contractors and subcontractors

►   Supervise all project lines, service and staff functions necessary to execute the project

►   Lead of project close out activities
