Job Summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Safety Inspector – Occupational Health & Safety (SSM), who will be working on exciting Infrastructure Projects, providing support to Projects Management on Safety related matters.

Main Responsibilities

• Provides support to Projects on matters related to Safety and Security
• Performs regular Inspection to ensure compliance with H&S requirements in the workplace
• Ensure Safety supervision on site
• Maintains up to date documentation related to accidents and relevant statistics
• Participates in the evaluation of safety requirements included in the assignment and sub-assignment contract
• Participates in ensuring the transfer of safety requirements to Suppliers/Subcontractors
• Participates in the supervision and verification of the internal inspections scheduled in the Project Management Plan (PMP)/Work Safety and Health Management Plan (WHSMP) as well as contractors/suppliers audits
• Identifies Safety related non-conformities regarding Project activities and Project Planning system
• Overseas corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications and experience

• Revenant technical qualifications
• PSI/SSM certificates
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
• 5 + years of experience in the field
• Knowledge of Office package
