QTP Leader

Position : Quality Transformation Leader

Work Location : Based in Jakarta – Indonesia and Business Travelling as required (Yard Fab, Vendor, Site Location @Tangguh West Papua- Indonesia)

Rotation : 12 weeks working ON and 2 weeks OFF

Your availability : ASAP.

The role & responsibilities of QTP Leader are;

•            Develops the Quality Transformation Program (QTP) upon consultation with Organisation stakeholders.

•            Aligns QTP roadmap to  Organisational objectives.

•            Plans QTP implementation for Project-related elements.

•            Represents in front of EPC stakeholders for QTP roadmap implementation.

•            Engages and monitors EPC contractors for QTP implementation as per committed time frame, deliverables, and participants.

•            Leads execution of Quality Transformation Program (QTP) such as CTR development aligning with Schedule, monitoring and lead the execution and reporting

•            Accountable for content development of QTP Consortium-related element.

•            Approve QTP material and content for Project-related elements.

•            Review QTP deliverables for and EPC related elements.

•            Manages budget of Quality Transformation team.

•            Review QTP implementation progress and KPI’s.

•            Presents, obtains feedback, engages, and drives the improvement of the QTP.
