PROCESS EQUIPMENT COORDINATION

Summary:

The Company is in charge of integrated design of the project for a Client in Fegersheim, France.

The project aims to integrate a new production line (formulation and filling) in an existing building.

To meet project objectives, new process equipment/packages will be purchased by the Client:

• Autoclaves (2 units),

• Washing machine (1 unit) with related baskets,

• Dispensing booths (2 units),

• Component Processor Station (1 unit),

• Formulation skid. (1 work package)

• Complete filling line

• Clean Utilities

Integrated design of includes :

• Integraion of above-mentioned packages and equipment

• Revamping of part of building, that involves all engineering disciplines from the Company to the Client

Scope of Work:

The demand of services consists in :

• Coordinate process equipment & packages

• Assist the Engineering & Project coordinator.

More precisely, the services will consist in following activities :

• Process equipment & packages follow-up: coordination meeting, manufacturing progress,schedule, equipment list management

• Ensure coordination and interface of the process equipment & packages with other contractors of + project, Assist The Engineering & Project Coordinator in its activities:

• Coordination of engineering activities at site

• Participation to meeting with the Client and with the project contractors at site.

• A monthly report is expected, detailing activities done previous month, and activities foreseen for the next month.

Language:

• Project language is English. All documents will be issued in English.

• For oral communication, French, and English can be used.

LOCATION

This technical support will be executed at site, Fegersheim, France.

Travels to the main offices (in Nanterre or in Lyon) may occur during the period (no regular basis).

Travels to vendors’ and/or contractors’ workshops may occur during the period (no regular basis).

SCHEDULE

Start of services is expected ASAO

Duration of approx. 6 months

Possible extension till mid-2025.
