Job Description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Plant & Equipment Manager to lead a very exciting infrastructure project for our client, a leading global player in the construction of interesting complex projects for sustainable mobility, clean hydro energy, clean water, green buildings.
 
 Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of product specialists
• Optimize existing fleets and choose suitable machinery
• Define technical interventions and liaise with suppliers
• Verify budgets and technical specifications during project start-up
• Provide technical assistance during project execution
• Contribute to the development of new technologies and solutions

 Requirements:

• MsC in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• +10 years of experience in earthmoving machinery
• Proficient in reading technical drawings
• Knowledge of construction sector machinery, equipment, and plants
• Ability to travel to construction sites in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational and team management
• Decisive and result-oriented leadership
