About The Role

For an important international Oil & Gas Maritim company we are currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator to work out in Carmen, Campeche. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting or similar.
• Experience in HR/Payroll operations environment for a multinational organization, with a minimum of eight years of international payroll management experience, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of HR best practices and general HR practices.
• Experience with HRMS and payroll related software.
• Experience with payroll and tax calculation.
• Knowledge in Social Security, Infonavit, Fonacot, calculation of employer and IMSS contributions, rights and obligations as a company.
• Social Security registrations and cancellations
• Calculation of severance payments and liquidations.
• Pensions
• Handling of additional benefits to the law, such as savings fund, savings bank, food vouchers, major expense insurance, among others.
• Exposure in audits with SAT, IMSS and internal audits (organizational).
• Administration of Budgets and Payroll Provisions / Preparation of Budgets and Accruals.

What you will do:

• Actively lead the delivery to requirements with the Company’s external payroll providers.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvements to payroll and employee HR data processes, including increased automation of payroll data collection, collation, and submission to the external payroll provider.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting colleagues to provide robust, audited payroll to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits programs are managed effectively.

Mandatory skills:
