Job Summary 

For our client we are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor with a focus on freight forwarding and logistics service.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s operations
• Coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Managing a team of staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and profitability

Qualifications 

• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar industry, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements, as well as the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative solutions
