Operations /Plant Manager – 6 to 12 months hybrid

For one of our clients, we are looking for Operations Manager to oversee (hybrid) a major project in the Botlek/Maasvlakte region in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
The project requires:
1/           A Senior Operations/Plant Manager and in particular Terminals
2/           Experience with change management
3/           Experience with Design Projects
4/           Experience with managing production and maintenance
5/           Able to advice in terms of operations and support departments in view of increasing nr of plants (refineries)
6/           Candidate must be fully efficient in Dutch reading/writing
