Job Title: Offshore Method Engineer – Recent Graduate

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Our team is currently looking for a highly motivated engineering graduate to join the offshore installation team for our client in Houston. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn how to develop installation procedures for offshore structures and pipelines. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of installation procedures for offshore structures and pipelines 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure installation procedures meet project requirements 
• Participate in the development of installation sketches 
• Assist in the preparation of installation method statements and risk assessments 
• Support the preparation of installation equipment lists and procurement of installation equipment 

• Assist in the preparation of offshore installation reports and presentations 
• Participate in safety review meetings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• B.Sc or MSc (preferred) in mechanical, civil, or offshore engineering 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and work offshore as required 
• Basic knowledge of offshore engineering practices and standards 

• Basic knowledge of drafting suites (Autocad or similar) 
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and technical software applications
