Job Summary 

We seek a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and manage our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to ensure the seamless functioning of our organization’s technology infrastructure. Vast knowledge of Business Applications, Microsoft Azure and applications, and migration.

Main Responsibilities 

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for technological advancements and improvements.
• Collaborate with executive management to integrate IT strategies into overall company plans.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure’s maintenance, security, and optimization.
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of networks, servers, and systems.
• Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance and security standards.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT projects with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.

Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts with technology vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions to meet business requirements.

Security and Compliance:

• Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard the organization’s data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Budgeting:

• Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven IT management experience, focusing on team leadership and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent project management skills and experience overseeing complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
