Overview

WTS Energy is seeking an experienced Interface Leader to join our client’s team in Paris, France, for a project with a minimum duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the technical interfaces between various contractors and teams involved in deepwater engineering projects, specifically focusing on subsea rigid flowlines design and installation. This position demands a high level of expertise in project execution and the management of handover activities among interfacing parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of technical interfaces between contractors, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration across all project phases.
• Apply deepwater engineering expertise to oversee the design, planning, and execution of subsea rigid flowlines projects.
• Coordinate and manage handover activities between interfacing parties to ensure smooth transitions and project continuity.
• Work closely with project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks associated with interface management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular interface meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation related to interface management activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in deepwater engineering, with a proven track record in subsea rigid flowlines design and installation engineering.
• Strong background in project execution, with specific experience in interfacing with contractors and managing technical interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to manage handover activities between interfacing parties efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
