HR Administration Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks in the HR department, such as filing documents, preparing reports, updating employee records, support with the documentation for international mobility and supporting HR projects as needed.
System and Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements in payroll administration and HR operations. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Conducting job analysis, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees
Benefits Administration: Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. This includes enrollment, changes, and terminations related to employee benefits.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, payroll details, tax forms, and employment contracts. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee data.
Time and Attendance Management: Tracking and managing employee attendance, including leaves, vacations, sick days, and other time-off requests. This involves monitoring and reconciling time and attendance records.
Communication and Support: Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, or concerns. Providing timely and accurate responses to employee queries and addressing payroll-related issues effectively.
Payroll Processing: Collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, calculating wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments accurately. This includes maintaining payroll records, such as deductions, adjustments, and leave balances.
Payroll Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies while processing payroll. This involves staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation, tax rates, and deduction requirements.
Payroll Administration: Managing payroll-related documentation, including employment contracts, tax forms, and employee benefit information. Generating pay stubs, tax forms, and other payroll reports for employees and management.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Previous experience in payroll processing and administration from 5 to 10 years
Fluency in English is a must, Italian is a plus
Good knowledge of Revisal and any payroll system is mandatory
A solid understanding of payroll best practices, relevant tax regulations, and employment laws is essential. This includes knowledge of wage and hour laws, tax withholding requirements, and benefits administration.
Familiarity with local and national payroll regulations and compliance requirements is important to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting
Strong attention to detail, Excellent numerical and mathematical skills, good organizational skills and effective communication skills
