Executive Assistant to CEO 

Our client is a leading global player in the construction of interesting lcomplex projects for sustainable mobility, clean hydro energy, clean water, green buildings.

Main responsibilities: 

• Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy 
• Coordinating day-to-day GM agenda 
• Delegating tasks to employees on behalf of GM 
• Helping with monitoring and tracking operating costs, budgets and resources 
• Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data 
• Working with clients 

 
Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in law or business administration or similar field 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role 
• Fluent in English and Italian would be a plus 
• Ability to plan and organize 
• Experience in managing budgets 
• Strong oral and written communication skills Good time-management skills 
• Ability to work well under pressure
