Oil&Gas Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking Oil&Gas Project Manager to join our client’s teams in Houston Texas. Oil&Gas Project Manager will be responsible for providing onsite management support during the FEED and Execution phases of a new Facility being constructed in Mexico. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Facilities, Pipelines and the regulatory process in Mexico. This position will be an integral part of the Terminal Project Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

• 15+ years’ experience managing new or existing capital projects.

• Broad spectrum of capital projects experience in Oil and Gas industry. (cryogenic, gas plants, fractionators and refining preferred)

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across multiple disciplines and nationalities.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• The successful candidate will have knowledge of LNG Facilities, Pipelines and the regulatory process Mexico.

• Ability to travel to Mexico as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will be responsible for providing management support during the FEED and Execution phases of a new LNG Facility being constructed in Mexico.

• The position will require frequent visits to Mexico during execution.

• Provide project management support for the overall execution of the project during FEED and EPC.

• Provide leadership in defining work scope and managing engineering and construction contractors.

• Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, risk mitigations, and progress.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful execution of project responsibilities.

• Manages/Minimizes changes in the project scope and cost within the approved budget.

Mandatory skills: Excellent Spanish communication skills.

Location based: Houston, Texas. Willingness to relocate if not currently situated in Houston Texas.
