Houston, March 19th, 2026: WTS Energy USA LLC is excited to welcome Gavin Scott, Divisional Manager – Construction, to its Houston office. His arrival marks a key milestone in expanding the USA team and enhancing the company’s ability to deliver specialized recruitment solutions for construction roles in the energy sector.
Gavin brings recruitment experience across the USA and international markets. He joins the USA team from WTS Energy’s UAE operations, where he successfully led senior construction headhunting and recruitment initiative. With prior recruitment experience in the USA infrastructure industry, he understands the local market well and will use his expertise in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier professionals to support client operations across Texas and the wider region.
In his new role, Gavin will focus on recruiting key construction positions across the USA, supporting clients in finding the right talent for their projects. He shared: “It’s great to be back working within the USA market after spending 18 months in the UAE. In a time where we are seeing a serious shortage of white-collar talent in the USA construction industry, good recruitment has never been more important. I’ll be focusing on working with old and new clientele across the civil engineering space, specifically partnering with GC’s and engineering design firms. It’s an exciting time to join the US setup as we have some big plans in place for growth and expansion across the region.”
