Job Description

For our client, a major company responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry, we are looking for a Transportation, Port & Real Estate Professional Development Advisor.


Responsibilities:


To support the development of Transportation, Port and Real Estate Professionals across company.

To combine expertise and experience in one or more of these areas with passion for professional

development to build capability across the company.

Partnering with senior Functional Leaders and Subject Matter Experts, to define and roll out Competency Frameworks, Learning Programs (leveraging the 70/20/10 model) and Communities of practice.

Be part of a team of Professional Development Advisors (PDA’s) who support each part of the business to share lessons learned, continuously improve, and grow the portfolio.

To combine functional expertise in Transportation/Port/Real Estate with understanding of learning and development to ensure that these functions can grow to support the company Vision.

Requirements

As a senior experienced professional, you have substantial experience working in any one or more of Transportation, Port and Real Estate, preferably within the Energy business. You combine this with a passion for staff development and growth, including Competency Development and Learning, and have demonstrated this by leading and helping others to grow as you progressed your career.

This role will recognise your experience and give you the opportunity to invest and give back to others as they build their own capability with your support.

In this role you will be willing to grow and develop the role as the business needs change and are able to work strategic challenges with senior stakeholders as well as deep dive into operational issues.

Education

• Degree educated in one or more of Transportation and/or Port and/or Real Estate and/or Human Resources (or equivalents); Professional qualifications are welcomed.

• 15 years minimum experience with at least 10 years in the energy industry.
