WTS Management Trainee Program


Management Trainee – Social Marketing, Communication, Tendering


First, a brief foreword about our Management Trainee


This position will allow you to explore the dimension of Management Trainee within the Marketing, Communication and Tendering Department of the company. Supported by a mentor and in combination with relevant training, you will receive the tools and guidance to kickstart smoothly. We also encourage our Trainees to work at our other locations across the world. All that while still offering you as much flexibility as needed.


A glimpse into your responsibilities:


External Engagement

  • Manage engaging content and updates for internal and external touch points on social media to drive traffic, engagement and leads.
  • Implement SEO best practices through content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement of our social media posts.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for structured campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze the industry insights and trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful long-term engagement strategies to benchmark direct competitors.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels (not limited to content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis) to design, test and evolve marketing qualified leads.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables and collaterals to support the business development across the different regions.

Internal Engagement

  • Support the digitalization of the complete engagement process to strengthen the relationship with our active consultants & the adoption thereof across the different offices.
  • To support with the mapping and classifying of top consultants to establish proper communication channel and cycle of continuous re-hiring.
  • Analyze AI technology to leverage on deeper insights into business conversations as to bring more visibility for the company using the actual database of candidates.
  • Analyze the insights received from the survey channels to further improve our services and support to consultants.


  • Establish strategic communications campaigns that will help to internally promote the company mission and values and company mission.
  • Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale and engagement.


  • Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities.
  • Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.
  • Manage the tender process functions, analysis and documenting.
  • Effective liaison and assistance between tender process department and key departments.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proven track of academic excellence.

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), and either Dutch, French or Spanish.
