WTS Energy is seeking to hire Instrument & Control Technicians for one of its clients, a reputed Power Plant Company.
Job Description
Carry out troubleshooting, routine and non-routine C & I equipment maintenance, and assist in overhauls of C & I equipment, inclusive of valves, positioners, transmitters, analyzers, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
·        3 years Diploma (Electrical/ Instrumentation) with two to three years of industrial experience OR Technical Certificate (Electrical/ Instrumentation) with five to six years of industrial experience
·        Power & Water plant Industrial experience is preferred.
·        Shall be able to perform day-to-day Instrumentation Maintenance jobs as per prescribed procedures and protocols.
·        Must have basic knowledge of Power & Water Plant C&I Equipment.
·        Must have basic knowledge of the Combine cycle process and desalination systems.
·        Must possess hands-on experience in calibration, impulse tubing, cable terminations, transmitters, valves, etc.
·        Basic knowledge of computers, preferably in MS Office.
·        Able to read and interpret the drawings, P&IDs, Calibration sheets, and reports.
·        Knowledge & Experience in process analyzers is preferred.
·        Must have knowledge of Electrical safety.
·        Good knowledge about General safety in industries
·        Must have knowledge of Power & Water plant chemicals and its safe handling.
·        Must have good knowledge about using maintenance tools, measurement devices
·        Good English communication skills- (Reading, writing, and speaking)
·        Exposed Mechanical hazards mainly with or being caught by dangerous moving parts. (e.g. Entanglement, drawing-in or trapping, stabbing, puncture, abrasion etc...)
·        Occasionally required to work at height
·        Occasionally required to work in confined spaces
·        Occasionally required to work in CNG/LNG gas stations.
·        Able to work on a rotating or day shift and may be on callÂ
