Lead all development of business (EPSA, DPSA, JV partnerships) internationally to initiate, negotiate, secure, and execute Oil and Gas deals flow in line with the vision, mission, and strategy of the Company. Oversee the Project Management in order to screen new business opportunities in multiple countries, evaluate potential alternatives and execute various processes to develop new businesses through JV partnerships, and contribute to the closure of business deals in line with the vision, mission, and strategy of the Company.
VISION, MISSION, AND STRATEGY
1.Develop the Growth strategy of the Company based on the 5-year international plan and policies and processes in order to support the achievement of the corporate Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
2.Endorse and approve the specific country strategies.
3.Develop a standard process for the economic evaluation of the potential upstream oil & gas project life Approve proposed evaluation techniques to ensure a standard set of assumptions and basis for evaluation.
4.Lead in the development of and Implement the standard process for the economic evaluation of the potential project for exploration, development, or abandonment.
5.Utilize established evaluation techniques using parameters like NPV, IRR, Cash flows, etc. to ensure a standard set of assumptions and basis for evaluation.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
An MBA or CFA with knowledge and technical understanding of the Oil and Gas business and knowledge of economic and financial modeling
Experience: 15 years’ experience of business development in the upstream Oil and Gas industry Skills: Business Acumen, Negotiation expertise, Networking skills, ability to pull strings, diplomatic skills-building trust relationships with business partners
