Does this sound like your organisation?
As organisations grow, transform and operate under increasing pressure, even experienced leadership teams can encounter friction: competing priorities, slower decision-making, departmental silos, unclear accountability and too much time spent responding to urgent problems rather than addressing their causes.
What can participants work on?

From Technical Expert to Manager
The first day focuses on the transition from individual expert to people manager. Participants explore what changes when they become responsible not only for their own work, but also for the performance and development of others.
- Communicate expectations more clearly
- Give useful feedback
- Delegate more effectively
- Manage difficult conversations
- Strengthen accountability
- Avoid solving every problem themselves
- Move from doing to leading
A manager's role is not to solve every problem personally, but to help people become capable of solving problems effectively.
Building Autonomous and Collaborative Teams
The second day moves from individual management skills to team performance. Participants look at how managers can create an environment where people take more ownership, cooperate better and contribute to continuous improvement.
Two different organisations, two connected days: personal leadership first, then the team that leadership has to run.
More than a leadership seminar
The programme follows a practical 60/40 learning approach, designed to be applied in real managerial situations rather than simply listened to.
The remaining 40% focuses on concepts, tools and frameworks that help participants understand why certain managerial approaches work and how they can apply them in their own teams.

Why previous participants recommend it
This leadership development programme completely changed the way I see my role as a manager. I moved from solving technical problems every day to developing people and building a more autonomous team. I realised that true performance is about building a team capable of solving problems together.
This coaching and management development programme helped me make the transition from technical expert to true people manager. I learned to structure my work, delegate responsibilities and communicate more efficiently. I now believe developing a high-performing team always starts with developing the manager.
This organisational transformation programme fundamentally changed the way I lead. Today I delegate with confidence, my management team collaborates more effectively, and we solve problems collectively rather than individually. I no longer carry the entire organisation on my shoulders.

Who is this programme for?
Team Leaders, Supervisors, First-Line Managers and Operational Managers. What's the format and teaching approach?
A 2-day, in-person programme held at S Park Office Buildings in Bucharest. It follows a practical 60/40 approach: 60% hands-on (role plays, simulations, case studies, peer feedback) and 40% concepts, tools and frameworks — following a Learn → Practise → Receive feedback → Adapt → Apply at work cycle.
What does it cost?
€950 per person for the two-day training.
Can this be tailored to my organisation specifically?
Yes. For organisations that want to go further, the two-day programme can lead to a company-specific diagnostic, on-site support and tailored coaching over several months.
