Job Purpose

To lead sales activities across the Eastern Province and Bahrain, driving growth through territory ownership, partner development, and new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the assigned territory (Eastern Province & Bahrain)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
• Build strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Work closely with presales teams to deliver effective technical solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in IT sales
• Proven experience in territory sales and business development
• Strong exposure to data centre and IT infrastructure solutions
• Experience working across multiple markets (KSA & Bahrain is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Arabic speaker preferred
