Position:

– Job Title: Senior Contract Analyst (Liquefied Natural Gas Sales).
– Location: Middle East 

– Key Responsibilities:
– Support the updating of work procedures for the implementation of sale and purchase agreements, ensuring alignment with daily and monthly tasks.
– Maintain an annual activities tracking calendar, setting key dates for compliance with contractual notifications.
– Prepare routine contractual notices for supervisor review and issue them to buyers.
– Prepare, verify, and issue LNG shipment documentation and invoices in accordance with sale and purchase agreements and notification requirements.
– Generate, monitor, and verify required data, such as quantity reconciliations, invoice verifications, and price calculations.
– Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Buyers, and independent surveyors to resolve operational issues related to cargo loading, discharge, and payment collection.
– Support buyer meeting arrangements and documentation preparation, as well as coordinate facility visits to ensure high-quality customer service.
– Complete assigned tasks under department controls, including periodic compliance reviews and data collection for key performance indicators.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.
– Minimum 8 years of industry or business experience, including hydrocarbon sales contract administration with marine export exposure.
– Strong analytical skills and understanding of spreadsheet modeling.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
– Familiarity with SAP purchasing modules is a plus.
