Primary purpose of job
- Coordinate and monitor Production Chemistry Laboratory (cement, drilling fluids & stimulation formulations) operations in supporting various oil and gas function by providing reliable and safe lab analytical services.
- Supervision of day to day running of the lab for sub-surface activities under close guidance.
- Participates in preparation of the budget.
- Assigns testing activities to Lab senior technicians and in supervising the analysis of the samples.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10yrs in oil & gas laboratory.
- Good knowledge of international standards such as API, ASTM, IP and UOP.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent knowledge of use of computers.
- Education
- BSc in Chemistry
