Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit‑out projects across F&B outlets, luxury villas, and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cost management, procurement, materials knowledge, and the ability to provide accurate quantity take-offs and project cost controls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for interior fit‑out projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, material specifications, and design documents.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost variance reports
• Manage procurement activities including material sourcing, comparison sheets, supplier negotiations, and purchase recommendations.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with project specifications and budget.
• Maintain updated databases of suppliers, subcontractors, and material rates.
• Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
• Manage variations, change orders, and claims in coordination with the project team.
• Support in tendering processes, pricing, and bid evaluations.
• Track material consumption, site progress, and financial status.
• Prepare periodic cost reports for management and clients.
• Support project managers with forecasts, cashflow projections, and commercial insights.
• Strong understanding of interior fit‑out materials such as finishes, joinery, MEP interfaces, and specialty items.
• Ensure materials meet required standards and project quality specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams for technical clarifications.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years’ experience as a QS within the interior fit‑out industry in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience in F&B, villa, and office interior projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and material management.
• Excellent understanding of drawings, specifications, and technical details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
