Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in residential, F&B, or retail fit‑out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from design coordination and procurement, through execution and handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 Job Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and validate drawings, BOQs, materials, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and value engineering.
• Prepare and track project progress reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Resolve technical issues, manage risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of work packages.
• Ensure full adherence to HSE requirements and local authority standards (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
• Lead project handover process including snagging, final documentation, and client sign‑off.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in interior fit‑out project management.
• Proven track record delivering residential, F&B, or retail fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, fit-out methodologies, materials, and authority procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast‑track projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD review, and other project management tools.
• Strong commercial awareness and budgeting skills.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
