Job Description

To manage and expand the company’s operational and commercial activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) by overseeing project delivery, supporting business development initiatives, and strengthening key client and stakeholder relationships.
This role combines operational leadership with commercial responsibility to ensure profitable growth and high-quality project execution across the KSA market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee project operations in KSA, ensuring delivery in line with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and monitor HSE standards, risk management practices, and quality assurance systems across all active projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian statutory, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Prepare and present operational reports to regional and corporate management.
• Support and drive sales and business development activities within KSA.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture expansion within existing accounts.
• Lead commercial discussions, clarifications, and negotiations in coordination with senior management.
• Review, support, and contribute to tendering processes, estimations, and proposal development for KSA-based opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, shipyards, and key stakeholders in the region.
• Support recruitment and resource planning for KSA operations.
• Manage relationships with local vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning to strengthen and expand the company’s footprint in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Adherence to internal company policies and procedures.
• Compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Fulfillment of all applicable local KSA regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in operations management, sales, or project management within the offshore, marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the KSA market landscape and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong commercial acumen and client management skills.
• Ability to effectively balance operational responsibilities with business development duties.
