Stimulation Operator – OffshoreLocation: Tampico / Villahermosa, Mexico

Work Schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off
Work Environment: Offshore / Well Stimulation Vessel

Position SummaryThe Stimulation Operator is responsible for supporting and executing well stimulation operations offshore, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of stimulation pumps, batch mixing systems, treatment lines, and related equipment.
The position requires hands-on experience with stimulation operations and the ability to work safely and effectively in an offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor stimulation pumps and pressure pumping equipment during well stimulation operations.
• Perform batch mixing operations, ensuring fluids are prepared and mixed according to operational procedures.
• Rig up, operate, and monitor treatment lines and associated equipment.
• Inspect equipment, valves, connections, hoses, and lines before and during operations.
• Monitor key operational parameters, including pressure, flow rate, volume, and fluid density.
• Support the preparation, execution, and shutdown of well stimulation treatments.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and immediately report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support equipment maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow all company HSE, SSPA, permit-to-work, and risk assessment procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the offshore operations team, supervisors, engineers, and vessel personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stimulation Operator, Stimulation Technician, or similar role.
• Direct hands-on experience operating:
  • Stimulation Pumps
  • Batch Mixing Systems
  • Treatment Lines
  • Pressure pumping equipment.
• Previous offshore experience, preferably onboard Well Stimulation Vessels (WSV) or oilfield service vessels.
• Knowledge of well stimulation operations and treatment fluids.
• Ability to monitor and interpret operational parameters.
• Strong understanding of HSE and offshore safety procedures.
• Good working level of English for operational communication.
• Availability to work on a 21×7 rotation.
• Valid Seaman’s Book; Type A preferred, although Type D may be considered.

Key selection criterion: Direct and practical experience operating stimulation pumps, batch mixing systems, and treatment lines will be prioritized.
