Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medium Voltage Project Leader to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from quotation and cost estimation through to completion and aftercare, while also identifying commercial opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
– Manage medium voltage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
– Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and project budgets.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, installation contractors, and grid operators.
– Identify commercial opportunities and generate follow-up business.
– Advise customers on technical solutions for medium voltage installations.
– Prepare, monitor, and adjust project schedules.
– Take responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects.
– Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
– Monitor project quality, safety, progress, and successful handover.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Completed MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, MIT, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator within the energy or electrical installation industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Experience with client management, tendering, quotations, and project financial control.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for business opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) and English.
