Job Purpose

To manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the Central Region, focusing on delivering IT and data centre infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts in Riyadh
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base
• Coordinate with internal teams (presales, delivery, partners) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Track account performance and provide regular updates

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in IT sales or account management
• Experience selling IT infrastructure or data centre solutions
• Strong relationship management and account development skills
• Good understanding of Central Region market
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Arabic speaker preferred
