Job Description

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer / Draftsman with strong experience in interior fit-out design and technical drafting for residential, F&B, and retail projects. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in producing detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation using CGI software, and must be familiar with UAE fit-out standards and authority requirements.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and technical shop drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Produce high‑quality 3D CGI renderings, mood boards, and concept visuals for client presentations.
• Prepare detailed joinery drawings, material specifications, and finishes schedules.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project design intent, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to finalize drawings.
• Attend design coordination meetings and update drawings based on feedback.
• Support authority submission processes by preparing necessary documentation (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture suitable for residential, F&B, and retail environments.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs, including MEP coordination considerations.
• Review and incorporate site measurements into updated drawing sets.
• Provide design input during concept, development, and execution stages.
• Assist the sales and estimation teams with drawings required for bidding and costing.
• Revise drawings quickly based on client comments or site conditions.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Draftsman within the fit-out industry.
• Proven experience working on residential, F&B, or retail interior projects.
• Excellent proficiency in CGI software (3D Max / V‑Ray / Blender / Lumion or similar).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of joinery details, materials, and interior construction methods.
• Ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
• Experience working with UAE authorities is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
