Job Description

The Insurance Specialist is responsible for managing and safeguarding the company’s assets through effective insurance coverage, risk assessment, and advisory support on asset acquisitions and disposals. The role ensures optimal protection against financial risks while aligning with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all corporate insurance programs, including property, liability, and operational coverage.
• Assess company assets and identify appropriate insurance coverage levels.
• Liaise with insurance brokers and providers to negotiate policies, premiums, and claims.
• Review and evaluate risks associated with manufacturing operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide advisory support to management on insurance implications related to asset purchases, disposals, and capital investments.
• Monitor claims processes and ensure timely and accurate settlement.
• Maintain proper documentation of insurance policies, claims, and asset valuations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare insurance reports and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in insurance management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and asset valuation.
• Experience working with insurance brokers and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
