HSE Manager

Our client is a global manufacturing specialized in developing thin flexible films. These innovative products play a vital role in building glazing, vehicle sun protection, flexible electronics, medical technology, and body part foiling. As HSE Manager, you will report to the Global HSE Lead and work closely with the Site Manager in Grossroehrsdorf. Your role will involve leading and developing the HSE team, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance on-site.
 
Location: Grossroehrsdorf (near Dresden) Germany
Type: Full-time (40h/week)
 
Your responsibilities:

• Drive change on-site as an integral part of the site leadership team.
• Lead and develop the HSE team
• Drive continuous improvement in HSESperformance on-site.
• Review new legislation and initiatives, ensuring compliance and driving ISO standards improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, authorities

Your profile:

• Education as a Health & Safety Officer or equivalent.
• Additional studies in Safety & Environmental engineering appreciated.
• Excellent team-oriented communication skills.
• Fluent in German and a good command of English.
