Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing, sales, and project teams. The ideal candidate must have experience in the fit‑out industry, specifically working on residential, F&B, or retail projects. The role involves creating compelling visual content for social media, producing high‑quality marketing and sales materials, and preparing visually aligned BID submissions and estimation documents.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Produce high‑quality graphics, layouts, and visual concepts for branding, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Create project‑related visuals, concept boards, mood boards, and before/after transformations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Design visually appealing BID documents, capability statements, tender proposals, and project submissions.
• Support estimation/sales teams by formatting BOQs, project portfolios, and technical documents into clean, professional presentations.
• Layout project case studies, company profiles, and brochures.
• Develop creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create reels, stories, banners, infographics, and campaign visuals to support marketing strategies.
• Manage and update digital content library for ongoing use.
• Assist design and project teams with graphics for interior concepts, 3D renders, and visual presentations when needed.
• Support in preparing visuals for client pitches and progress presentations.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of graphic design experience within a fit‑out, interiors, or design-related industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in residential, F&B, or retail fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
• Experience creating BID documents, project portfolios, and proposal presentations.
• Ability to design content for social media and brand-related marketing.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• UAE experience preferred.
