About the Role:
WTS Energy is recruiting Floorhands on behalf of our international client for an offshore drillship operation. This position is a key member of the drilling crew, working on the rig floor to support drilling operations.

Purpose of the Position:
To support the smooth and safe operation of drilling activities by handling drill pipe, equipment, and assisting the drill crew on the rig floor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and move drill pipe, casing, and other drilling tools on the rig floor.
• Assist in making up and breaking out connections of drill pipe and bottom hole assemblies.
• Clean, grease, and perform basic maintenance on rig floor equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on the rig floor.
• Assist the Derrickhand and other senior drilling personnel as directed.
• Participate actively in all safety meetings and emergency drills.
• Perform other tasks as required to support the drilling process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Floorhand or Roughneck on a Drillship, Semisubmersible, or Jack-up rig.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform strenuous work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule.
