FP&A Business Partner – Caleb Brett, Agri Trade, Minerals & Food Location: Mexico City

About the Role We are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to provide strategic financial support across multiple business lines, including Caleb Brett (Oil & Gas), Agri Trade, Minerals, and Food.
This role will be key in driving decision-making through financial analysis, strategic planning, and close collaboration with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning (FP&A)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models to support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Consolidate budgets in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast).
• Track key KPIs (revenue, margin, costs) and identify performance drivers.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support decision-making.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Sales, and HR to assess the financial impact of initiatives.
• Support leadership in evaluating projects, investments, and new business opportunities.

Strategic Support

• Conduct scenario modeling and financial sensitivity analysis.
• Participate in M&A analysis, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, among others).

Ad-hoc Projects

• Participate in special initiatives and strategic projects as required by the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or financial analysis
• Experience working with multiple business units (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools (Power BI, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced English (required)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
