Job Description

The Director – Projects Delivery is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution and delivery of multiple projects and products, ensuring completion within approved scope, quality, time, cost, and safety parameters. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across project execution, contractor and consultant management, commercial coordination, risk management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with development strategies and organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee project execution and delivery strategies across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.
• Coordinate with Development, Commercial, Contracts, and Project Controls functions on tenders, contract awards, variations, and cost control.
• Provide executive oversight on constructability, value engineering, and design changes.
• Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, and handover certificates are obtained.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, and safety performance and report to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, legal requirements, and internal standards, including QA/QC and QHSE.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and escalation across projects.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Support business development and due diligence by providing technical and execution inputs.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in project execution within developer, contractor, or consultancy environments, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong leadership in large-scale project delivery
• Excellent understanding of construction and project execution
• Commercial and contractual acumen
• Risk management and stakeholder leadership
