We’re looking for a Design-Build Manager to join a major player in the infrastructure sector — someone who enjoys leading teams, shaping strategies, and turning complex transportation projects into success stories.

 
What you’ll do

• Lead the full pursuit process for large design-build projects, from strategy to proposal submission
• Bring together design, technical, and operations teams to build smart, competitive solutions
• Keep proposals innovative, compliant, and aligned with project goals
• Motivate teams, manage timelines, and ensure everyone is moving in the same direction

 
What we’re looking for

• Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or similar
• Experience with design-build highway or heavy civil projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Willing to travel (around 50%) within Florida
