Cost Controller – Jakarta (Direct Hire / Full Time)

Location: Bintaro – Jakarta

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller (5 years of experience) to join a dynamic international team, supporting major EPC projects across Jakarta and Perth. This role offers strong exposure to technically complex projects involving construction and yard fabrication, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and report project costs across EPC construction and fabrication projects
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyse cost variances and identify trends, risks and mitigation actions
• Work closely with engineering, construction and project teams to ensure cost alignment
• Provide accurate and timely financial and cost reporting to project management
• Support communication and coordination between international teams in Indonesia and Australia

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cost Controller
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) – essential
• Experience working for an international company is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Preferred: Engineering degree with a focus on cost control
  • Also suitable: Finance degree with strong exposure to engineering projects
• Proven experience working on EPC projects, including construction and yard fabrication
• Mining industry experience is a plus, but not essential if strong construction/fabrication experience is demonstrated
