Job Description

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Civil Engineers (UAE National) to join our growing engineering and design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career engineers who are passionate about contributing to high‑quality building and infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of sustainable, innovative, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, analysis, and review of civil and structural engineering components for building and infrastructure projects.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, reports, and design documentation in accordance with UAE codes and international standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings as required.
• Conduct engineering assessments, modelling, and feasibility studies under supervision.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers.
• Contribute to the integration of sustainable design principles into engineering solutions.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within the project’s scope, deadlines, and quality expectations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduates up to 4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internships or exposure to engineering consultancies is an advantage.
• Understanding of key engineering principles, including:

• Structural mechanics
• Concrete and steel design
• Geotechnical fundamentals
• Infrastructure planning
• Familiarity with engineering software such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Etabs / SAFE / STAAD (advantage)
  • Civil 3D (advantage)
• Basic knowledge of UAE building codes and international standards (BS, Eurocodes, ACI, etc.) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
