Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Brazilian market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market opportunities, tenders, and upcoming projects.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate client requests and clarifications with technical and commercial teams.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract development.
• Gather local market information related to suppliers, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and services.
• Contribute to market-entry and business growth strategies in Brazil.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management.
• Relevant experience within EPC, power generation, renewable energy, Oil & Gas, water/desalination, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors.
• Experience managing B2B clients, commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and local business environment.
• Advanced/Business English is required.
• Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and travel as required.
