Code of Conduct

Our business practices

It is important to WTS Energy’s continued success that its Code of Conduct concerning business ethics be clearly communicated throughout the corporation. WTS Energy has established a reputation for fair and ethical business practices. WTS Energy values this reputation and will make every effort to maintain these high business ethics standards. At every level and in every part of the company, our values must guide and align our behavior as we make business decisions and operate on a day-to-day basis.
To help ensure this practice, this Code of Conduct outlines our core values, describes our standards for conduct, and addresses key regulatory and compliance requirements. It supports our continuing commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Any employee who knows of, or suspects, a violation of this Code of Conduct, or has any questions regarding this Code of Conduct or its application to a particular situation, should discuss these concerns with his or her immediate supervisor, or any other manager with whom the Employee feels comfortable.

Management expressly promises that no individual will be discriminated against or suffer other reprisals for reporting in good faith violations or suspected violations, of this Code or any other law or statute.

The Company is dedicated to providing a safe and nondiscriminatory working environment for all employees. Such a commitment requires that all employees understand and abide by Company policies dealing with health, safety and appropriate treatment of co-workers.

In all cases where a question of personal safety arises for individual employees, co-workers or other persons on Company premises, or other locations where a Company employee is present and fulfilling his or her work-related responsibilities, addressing the safety issue should take precedence. Employees should always be cognizant of the need to adhere strictly to all safety policies and regulations.

Employees should remember that they are a reflection on the Company and are constantly being judged or otherwise appraised by everyone they come in contact with. All employees should conduct themselves with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism in the workplace or any other location while on Company business.

All employees should treat their co-workers fairly and courteously without regard to race, color, creed, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, veteran status or disability.

Every employee should conduct his or her personal and business affairs in a manner such that neither a conflict, nor the appearance of a conflict, arises between those interests and the interests of the Company.

We expect our people to maintain high ethical standards in everything they do, both in their work for the firm and in their personal lives. We consider our Clients, both our corporate Clients and our Consultants.
2Our assets are our people, capital and reputation. If any of these is ever diminished, the last is the most difficult to restore. We are dedicated to complying fully with the letter and spirit of the laws, rules and ethical principles that govern us. Our continued success depends upon unswerving adherence to this standard.
3Our goal is to provide superior returns to our shareholders. Profitability is critical to achieving superior returns, building our capital and attracting and keeping our best people. Significant employee stock ownership aligns the interests of our employees and our shareholders.
4We take great pride in the professional quality of our work. We have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything we undertake. Though we may be involved in a wide variety and heavy volume of activity, we would, if it came to a choice, rather be best than biggest. We will never compromise on Safety.
5No bribary – we believe in fair business and fair competition and will not engage in any bribary activities to gain business, contracts or any other perceived gains. We fully adhere and subscribe to the International Anti Bribary legisltation and initiatives, such as the UK Bribary Act 2010 and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
