In June 2025, WTS Energy proudly celebrated a major milestone, 25 years of operations, with a company wide retreat in Antalya, Turkey. The event brought together over 100 colleagues from 11 offices and 18 nationalities for four days of connection, collaboration, and celebration. 

This trip was a true reflection of our company’s global DNA and a springboard toward the next era of growth in energy, infrastructure, and marine workforce solutions! 

Reconnecting the Global WTS Family 

In a world increasingly shaped by remote work and decentralized teams, face-to-face interaction has become more valuable than ever. The Silver Lining 2025 event was designed to bring people together, break silos, and strengthen the bonds that power our global operations. 

Over the course of the retreat, participants: 

• Presented key department updates and strategic priorities

• Engaged in cross-office roundtables to exchange ideas and align on shared goals 

• Reflected on past achievements and envisioned the next phase of WTS Energy’s growth 

• Took part of three workshops, led by Evolution-U’s Neil Orvay: on Managing Across Cultures, Collaborative Communication and Relationship Building 

Whether it was a recruiter from the UAE brainstorming with a business developer from France, or our Netherlands HQ team learning from our field operations in Africa, these moments of exchange sparked new ideas and deepened our collective understanding. 

During the Round Table session, each department gave a presentation highlighting their past achievements, current activities, and future plans.

Learning Across Borders: Workshops with Neil Orvay 

We were honored to welcome back leadership expert Neil Orvay, who led a series of high-impact workshops on: 

• Managing Across Cultures 

• Collaborative Communication 

• Relationship Building for High-Performance Teams 

These sessions provided practical insights on navigating the cultural dynamics of a truly international workforce. WTS Energy continues to lead by example in this area.

Celebration with Purpose 

During the outdoor activities, our colleagues enjoyed the challenges and games alongside their group members.

Silver Lining 2025 wasn’t all work. From team-building challenges under the sun to unforgettable dinners and lively conversations by the Mediterranean, we also took the time to simply enjoy each other’s company.
