Office Coordinator

The tasks include:
Stocking drinks and snacks for 4 kitchens
Stocking supplies in files rooms ( 7 file rooms )

Drop off/pick up/distribute daily mail or shipments
Assist with meal deliveries, setup/clean-up
Handle front desk tasks (answer phones/greet guests, etc.) ?
Will need to cover for receptionist during one hour lunch break.
Handle general office tasks
 

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Experience working with busy Executive front office
